Our Approach
Surround Studio is co-implemented with a Surround Coach, who facilitates, advises, and assists activation over a 6 or 12-month program duration.
Assess & Prioritize
The Surround delivery model is focused on early wins. First, the Surround Coach will assess the current state of the go-to-market and build a plan for immediate improvement, focusing on applying the most impactful elements within the Surround Studio.
Activate & Reinforce
The Surround Coach will help to immediately implement the top priorities by conducting semi-monthly or monthly Reinforcement Workshops to activate improvements.
In addition to this ongoing reinforcement, Quarterly Prioritization Workshops will be facilitated to review progress and ensure accountability.
Recalibrate
The engagement cycle is capped with a Recalibration Workshop, a two-fold agenda that focuses on (1) analysis of outcomes and impact of the work with Surround, and (2) planning and prioritization for the next year. The Surround Coach will deliver a prioritized roadmap to be activated through a renewed Surround engagement or self-implementation.
