Bill Galfano, founder and CEO of Surround, has spent the last 30 years of his career working with B2B companies to help them adopt new processes and technology. He spent 8 years working directly with sales teams as a platinum Salesforce partner. Upon taking over the role of VP of Sales for Magnet360, he helped lead the company to nearly 4x bookings in 4 years, leading to a successful exit.

In 2018, Bill co-founded InStereo, offering strategic sales and marketing services, and becoming the #1 Salesloft consulting partner. In 2021, Salesloft acquired InStereo to evolve their services capabilities in support of upmarket growth.
